Home Loan - This is the price of the home, 5% down and a 30-year term.
Land/Home Loan - Price of land with the home and lot improvement, 5% down and a 30-year term.
Land in Lieu - Price of home and lot improvement, nothing down and a 30-year term.
Maine State Housing Loan - 5% down, a 30-year term and a lower interest rate.
Other Land - We also have other land available and can do the site improvements (Well, Septic, Foundation, Etc.) all in one package.
